Hi crafty friends hope everyone is having a great summer! Today I'm sharing this really cute image hope you like my card!

I used my copic markers to colour her in and the background I embossed with a Stampin' Up folder.  The image was cut out with a spellbinders die and the hearts were cut with a Memory box die.  I also added pearls and flowers from my stash!

Hair: YR20, YR21, YR23
Eyes: B02
Dress: RV10, RV93, RV95
Purse: RV11, RV14
Flowers: RV11, G24
