Hello Crafty Friends!
Today I wanted to share with you a file folder card made using Miss Lilly Kitty as my focal image.
I have been a wee bit addicted to making these file folder cards. If you have the WeRMemory Keepers envelope punch board, you should give these a shot! I followed this tutorial to make my first one. The paper collection I used is Chillingsworth Manor from Echo Park. I used several dies to cut out and matte my Miss Lilly image. Of course, I had to Stickle up Miss Lilly...it seemed appropriate that she would have a sparkly Halloween costume!
The card front was decorated with a punched border, bats, ribbon and two Prima flowers. I also added a Happy Halloween sentiment to the tab.
I had such fun working with the October images! Head on over to the LBBS store and pick up your images!
Have a Happy Halloween!
Until next time!

I don't make to many Halloween cards, but this year it was hard not to, because Miss Olga, designed such cute images you just had to. She even designed such beautiful papers it was just to easy to make quick cards. Now I just have to figure out who I am going to send cards to.
First card was a freebee this month and the first "guy" Olga has designed. This Vampire is just so quick and easy to color, I just loved him up against these lovely soft papers. The bats were just perfect! Colored him with my copics, using grey, I used my blender marker to try to give his face a "whitish" marble like look, can't really tell from the picture or video but I like the way it looks in person . It is a standard A2 size 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 in card. I used the sentiments from the Halloween sentiments Olga came out with this month also, I print my sentiments out on white paper and then use my copic to color them. Did some layering on the inside to and it makes the perfect card!
My next card is 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 in square and DCWV papers, with this great little mouse image. She is just to cute to spook! I just think she is ready to hit the road. I just loved this sentiment and actually picked it first and then found the papers to match. I just got this bow die and had to try it out so cut multiple layers of tulle to make this bow, you can see better in the video. Colored this little lady with my copics of course, loved all this sentiments that come on the sheet such a great variety.

Today is my blog post day and I decided to make a treat envelope that is the latest craze on Youtube. The first tutorial I saw used the envelopes from the corrugated cards that you buy at Micheal's. It seems that sometimes when we get our cards made they are too bulky to fit into the envelopes so we have a lot of them left over. This is a great way to use them up. They are so fun and easy to make. I actually used a large envelope that fits a 5 X 7 card to make this. You take your envelope and at the bottom of it you score it up one inch on both sides. You then fold on the score lines and then on each side you fold to form a triangle and hot glue it to the bottom which will then form a very nice base for your treat bag.
I used some polka dot patterned paper form My Minds Eye Christmas paper stack to cover the front of the envelope. I then used a piece of braided trim all around the top edge of the envelope. I hot glued it on folding it over as I went so you could see it on both sides. I also added a strip to either side of the envelope. I add a piece of DCWV patterned paper to the back of the envelope that looked like faux leather. I decided to use the adorable Eris "Cup of Hot Chocolate" digital stamp. I thought it would be perfect because I could add some cocoa packets to my treat. I colored the image in with my Copic markers and will list them below the photo of the colored image. I inked around my colored image with Memento London Fog ink. I created a flower out of some beautiful crochet lace by gathering it up with a needle and thread. I then added a latex flower to the center of the crochet flower and was able to form the petals and leaves how I wanted them. I hot glued the flower to the left hand side of the treat bag. I used a Memory box die called "Victorian Frames" to cut out a piece of patterned paper and place it in the center of the envelope and then placed the colored image on top of that. Thanks for looking and I hope you are inspired to create your own treat bag out of an envelope. You can do this same thing with any size envelope.
Copic colors:
Hair: C7 and Flex promarker in black
Skin: Dusty pink and Satin promaker
Dragon: C7
Cup: B93 and B95
Jacket: G45, YG97
Crowns: Gold metallic sharpie marker

Hi everyone Stephanie here today to share 2 cards with you for my DT day and today also happens to be my birthday yay for 29 LOL
The 1st card I made is a scene that measures 6x5 1/2 on PTI Kraft cardstock using the rubber stamp Miss Lily Crafting. I tried some new techniques for me on this card.
I used patterned paper from Websters Pages Alison Kreft "Composition & Color" then added a strip of DCWV "Burlap Paper". Next I stamped & copic colored (colors listed at bottom of post) my image on Copic Xpress It paper. I stamped her again on patterned paper and cut her out topaper piece the floor. I stamped her one more time onto masking paper. After masking her off i used my Copic Airbrush System to do the yellow walls with Y38. I stamped the chandelier directly onto the yellow using Versafine Onyx Black ink. The chandelier & small table (stamped in PTI Dark Chocolate) are from Gina K "Fine Furnishings" stampe set. I then die cut and stamped the TV from PTI "Polkadot Parade #3" in Mama Elephant "Smoke" ink the wavy lines in the TV are from paper Smooches "Cyber Cafe", added glossy accents and a Recollections enamel dot. Lastly I added some more crafty items around my image I heat embossed a Studio Calico Camera wood veneer in silver and added a bling as the lens. The small polaroids are from The Beary Scrap I just used a clear glaze pen on them. I used a small envelope from Lawn fawn "You've Got Mail" My sentiment came from My Pink Stamper "Scrap-alicious"
For the inside I wanted it simple but still to have that crafty feel. So I contined with the same patterned paper.
Then I stamped some paint marks using MFT"Abstract Art" and Hero Arts "Brush Strokes" in Hero Arts "Bubblegum Shadow Ink" and PTI Spring Rain" Lastly I stamped my sentiment in Versafine Onyx Black ink from Simon Says Stamp "Card-Exchanging Friends" stamp set.
I am really happy with how the card turned out.
For my 2nd card I kept it very clean & simple with a Halloween theme using the digi image Miss Lilly Kitty on a 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 card using PTI Black cardstock.
I used patterned papers from Pebbles "Thirty One" pad cutting the strips into banners. I also used a pieve of Recollections washi tape and cut that into a banner as well. I stamped my sentiment in Versafine Onyx Black ink from Mama Elephant "Bootastic"
Lastly to the front I just added some black & orange enamel dots from My Minds Eye "Wicked" Like I said really simple but I like the look of all the patterned papers in banners.
For the inside I kept it clean as well and used more papers and banners
and then just stamped my sentiment from lawn Fawn "Heebie Jeebies" Very simple but cute.

Hello Crafty Friends!
When I saw Olga's new stamps for this month I knew right away that I wanted to make a couple treat bags.
Paperbag cards are super fun to make especially when they are Halloween themed! It will be fun to fill with goodies and give to a friend.
I used Miss Lilly Mouse for the image. She is so adorable! She was colored in with Copic markers and matted onto the front of the paper bag. The paper collection I used is from last year. It is Haunted Manor from Doodlebug. Super fun and bright colors! I used several Martha Stewart punches for the border and the bats. For the sentiment, I used the Boo-Tiful Sentiments set. I made a couple tags for the pocket and finished off the project with Stickles and ribbon. I will have fun filling this with goodies and gifting it to a friend!
The second project I made was a small envelope made using the WeRMemory Keepers envelope punch board. I made a belly band to go around the envelope and embellished it with one of the awesome sentiments from the Boo-Tiful Sentiments set. The envelope is held closed with Velcro and a small candy treat or gift card will fit perfectly inside.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Until next time,

I created a couple of cards for my Design Team day on the blog. The first one is a 5 X 7 white cardstock base. I took a piece of DCWV burlap paper along with some patterned paper that I punched out along the edge with my scalloped Fiskar border punch. I adhered this to the card base. I then had some tags in my stash that I had used a stencil and some modeling paste that I had colored with Tim Holtz picked raspberry color so I distressed the tag further with the picked raspberry distress ink. I then put some lace and organiza trim on the top of the tag and adhered it to the card front. I made a flower out of some paper using my Sizzix die. The other flower is a silk one that I had gotten in a Michaels grab bag and I put a button in the center and glued it to the corner of my card on top of the tag. I then used a pretty pink sequin trim along the bottom of the card. I used a stick pin from my stash to add behind the paper flowers. The image that I used on my card is the "Tea Time Jessica". I colored her with my Copic markers. I will list the colors under the photo. I added some glossy accents to her eyes and the coffee cup. Thanks for looking.
Copic colors:
Chair: E13, E15
dress: RV14, RV25, Bic cloud 9 grey marker
Skin: promarker in Satan, ivory, and blush
Hair: Y06, Y08
Eyes: B02
The next card that I created is a small paper bag card. I used a tiny paper bag that was given to me in a RAK. I folded it in half and then I glued the one flap on the inside down on the edges which creates a pocket. I took a square piece of patterned paper and adhered it to the front of the card. I added a small piece of lace to the card edge before I glued the square piece down. I adhered another strip of lace to the other half of the card underneath the paper so that I could die the lace in a bow to close up my card. I used the adorable Miss Lilly Kitty for this card. I used patterned paper from My Mind's Eye. I added the colored image to the front right hand side of the card front along with a small pink flower. I took a label that I cut out of a piece of the patterned paper and added it to the left hand side of the card. Thanks for looking.

Hello friends! Oh today we are so excited to share with you our new project! This project was growing up in my mind for a while - actually since I thought of creating an Eris stamp.
Finally I decided to make it real and asked Leigh if she wanted to join me=)
Leigh is such a sweet friend and she always support all my crazy ideas=)lol
So together we created the first story about Princess Eris.
This is a book of printable stories for kids, where they can color images included in each story.
Isn't it fun - when you can read a wonderful teaching story to your child and then he or she could color all the images inside?
So here you are - the first story is called "Hello Eris!" (sounds familiar?)
You can DOWNLOAD it for free HERE also it is available in our store!
How everything is going:
We will be releasing new stories from time to time. All you need is to download each story, print it and add to a folder. Also there are a cover available for download in the first story. You can print this cover and glue it down on the cover of your file folder and then add all the stories there=)
So we are crossing our fingers and hoping you and your kids will like our new project!
Please leave a feedback - we really need to know your opinion!
Thank you and have an amazing day!

October is a season of change and for me personally it is proving to be a month filled with changes and challenges. But one thing I can count on is the enjoyment I have when creating a card. I made another chipboard card, using masking tape as the binding and I used several papers from my stash. I love the versatility of Olga's stamps, so using my imagination I saw "Miss Lily Bride" as a the belle of the ball. Needless to say she isn't wearing white, but she is ready to kick up her heels and dance the night away.
I used Copics sketch markers to color the image, added some pearls for a necklace and placed an acrylic flower in her hair. I also added pearls running down the sides of the paper and framed the card with several flowers. Gracing the top right corner of the card is a frame charm to which I added the "Live Laugh Love" sentiment, I tied an itsy bow and added a dainty acrylic flower. Thanks so much for taking a peek at my card!

The new images this month from Little Blue Button are just beyond cute and very versatile. You can dress them up for Halloween or do what I did and use them for Birthday cards. I hope you will visit http://lbbstamps.com/
Up first is a card I made for my mom. My mom's birthday is in October and I don't usually do a halloween theme, but I just loved the new digi papers Olga came out with and used them to paper piece this cute little image. The little baby in the ghost costume was so cute I had to include him also. I love the soft oranges , so I colored some white bling orange with my copics. The orange felt flower was a gift and I added some yellow loops for color. The card was 6 x 6 with some purple velum. To totally accent and help pop the card is the great Font in this Birthday Sentiment available on the Little Blue Button Site. Olga has alot more than just images.
Here is a video with some more close up description of the card.
Next is this Georgeous little Princess Image. I totally did up this Pretty in Pink card for a new friend in a birthday card group for next month. If she is watching this video she might know who she is, hehe. I loved practiicing some coloring with shading in his dress. Still trying to get the fold thing down, but do live the layers of hair, it really lets you get different shades in there. Used some new trims, flowers, and clay butterfly my friend Teresa gave me last month. And again a GREAT BIRTHDAY sentiment from Olga. You get so many great sentiments on this one sheet to print over and over again. I have printed in white and then used my copics to color also, so you can have any color you want without wasting paper.
Here is the video of this card.
Thanks for checking out my cards, I hope you will check out these great images!!!!!!!
