Ok, well I think I am done with making Christmas Cards. Well at
least I hope so. I also tried a new color medium, Color Pencils. I
decided that I would make use of my time of air travel and invested in
some color pencils. I had alot of fun coloring up these images, and I
am not giving up my copics, but the pencils, do give a nice soft look,
still need some practice, but happy with how the images turned out and
love how they turned into cards.
My first card uses
Victorian Dress form image, I used City Sidewalks Paperline to make a 5
x 7in card. Used spellbinders to cut the image out and layer on papers
from the pack. Some statin ribbin to top it off. The inside I used
one of the sentiments provided with the Christmas Sentiments. You get
alot of different sentiments in that file to choose from.
Charlie the ELf is so precious on this 5 x 7in card. She is ready to have fun this Christmas. I used one of my trees from the tutorial from last months November event. Also used the City Sidewalks paper. Used a variety of dies from My Creative Time to layer the papers and a couple extra embelishments. Again on the inside I used some more of the great Sentiments. I really love how the variety of sentiments work for the outside and inside of the cards.
Miss Lilly Holiday is just ready to celebrate. This is a 6 x 6 easel card using graphic 45 paper from last year. Using some holy trim and fun bow die from Creative time, along with spellbinders. This Sentiment finishes off the bottom of the card for great display. I used some snow writer t o make her hat fluffy with some glitter to make it sparkle, little pom poms for the added puff.
Hope you will visit lbbstamps.com for some great images for those last minute christmas images. Also starting 12.18.13 there is a sale going on!!!!
