Hello,
crafty friends, Amy here, and today I have a mixed media canvas using one of the amazing Mixed Media Images that Olga has in the Shop!
I used the Angel digi stamp
I used the Angel digi stamp
Isn't she beautiful? Love her!
Here's my canvas:
I started by applying texture paste thru a TCW Chicken Wire stencil. Once dry, I sprayed some color sprays in Orange, yellow and red and stamped some shapes for added texture for my background.
I watercolored the ANGEL image with Derwent Inktense pencils and fussy cut out. I adhered her to my canvas with gel medium and 3D foam tape. I adhered different feathers I stamped, die cut and shaped/curled and finished with a simple sentiment and voila! :o)
I sure
hope I've inspired you today.
Happy
craftin'!
Hi everyone! Hope you are all having a super Thursday!!!
Here's a card I made using Teacup Fairy.
I added glitter to the cup and her pretty wings. Ribbon, some pattern paper, cute sentiment and a flower topped off this gorgeous digital stamp!
Lots of purple, I love purple!
Hello friends! Today Patti as a Guest DT member in our blog!
Hi Friends: So happy to be here again June's guest designer for Little Blue Button Stamps. My second project is a card using the gorgeous digi stamp called Mix Media Lady in Hat. As soon as I saw this image, I knew I wanted to work with her and incorporate feathers into my design.
I hope that you are inspired by my project and want to try using this lovely Mix Media Lady in Hat digi in your next project! Happy Crafting!
Instructions:
Print image onto smooth white cardstock and color with Spectrum Noir markers. Cut image with stitched circle die. Use larger stitched circle die to cut another circle from the patterned paper pack, ink edges, and glue to back of focal image. Cut shimmer paper to fit A2 card base and glue to base. Cut patterned paper panel using the patterned panels die and glue to base. Add focal image to base with craft foam. Cut sentiment from paper pack, ink edges, and add to right corner of card. Add feather over feather image on hat, accent with a single pearl. Add glitter brush pen to eye, lips, and earring. Cover earring with Glossy Accents and ultra-fine glitter, then accent the top with a small gem. Add pearl gems to corner of card, then finish card with feathers tucked under/around the focal circle.

Hello crafty friends, Sarah here today with the gorgeous Miss Lilly in the garden digital stamp from Little Blue Button Stamps. This can be purchased in store here.
To create this birthday card, I firstly created the background using Brusho Crystal Colour. If you've seen any of my work, you may have an inkling that I adore Brushos and just love the many effects you can get with them. I used the colours Alizarin Crimson and Violet, sprinkled on to a wet piece of cardstock. I then crinkled up a piece of cling wrap and sat it on top of the wet card. I left it to dry and then when peeling the cling wrap off the card, it leaves a lovely effect on top of the fantastic, bright colours. Let's take a closer look.
The Lilly in the garden digi was coloured using Touch Five markers and Stampin Up blendabilities markers. I justlove the detail in this stamp and I could easily use it in varying sizes for a scrapbooking layout about my garden, pocket pages capturing pics of my yard or a number of card options - digi images are just so versatile! The sentiment is from the Kaisercraft Indigo Skies die cut emphemera.
I hope you enjoyed this project and will give Miss Lilly in the garden...or any of the Miss Lilly range a go in your next craft project.
